Yujin specializes in digital customer experiences for retail. She held creative leadership roles at W Hotels stores, Macy's and Amazon before her current role at Neiman Marcus. Be it stores or website, mobile or desktop, catalog or tablet; her 16 year involvement in large organizations has focused on providing the customer with a channel-agnostic experience. She is passionate about fostering leadership, fomenting a multi-disciplinary approach in all that support her organization's creative endeavors.
